Mother Nature wins again

Well, after a couple of winters with great ice and hockey-like temperatures, a 65 to 70 degree forecast has finished off any hope of having our Try Hockey for Free or the Inaugural Chinook Cup pond hockey tournament. We will return our focus on fundraising and we remain undaunted in our quest to bring an ice rink to the Northern Hills. Now for some good news - we are ready to reveal our Northern Hills Chinook logo! Join us for Souper Starz Monday night, March 8th at the Barn at Aspen Acres, hear our presentation, see our brand new logo for the first time, and give us a vote! The logo was designed by Eli Corbett, who designed the Spearfish Sasquatch logo, and this one is just as impressive as Eli's Sasquatch creation. If we are lucky enough to be selected Monday night, all funds will go to the organization and help us promote youth hockey and figure skating via future clinics next winter. It will be an exciting night sharing our vision with you - we look forward to seeing you there!
