-Rink Procurement: 

• Working to complete Business Plan 

• Storage Shed -Belle Fourche HS working on shed

  • Do we put it at Ted & Megan’s for this year?

-Pond Hockey Tournament: Planning January 20-21, 2024 at Iron Creek Lake

-Technology: Rob will provide update

-Fundraising/Finance -Mark, Helen, Ted, Ben

• Chase the Ace

  • We will roll out after the Pond Hockey Tournament

• Trip Raffle Sell 400 tickets at $25 a piece

  • Mark and Brandy will provide update 

• Sponsorship Packages -Brandy will send info again

• Create Budget -Need to create

-Pond Hockey Tournament: Planning January 20-21, 2024 at Iron Creek Lake

• Registration update -13 teams registered, Raiders may have 2nd team

• Lake prep beginning this week -Gregg

  • Need help loading boards at Shawn storage and unloading at lake

  • Need help assembling at lake (bring drills, and other tools)

  • Clearing lake ice, clearing parking, and flooding with pumps

  • Need 12 shovels -How many do we have now?

  • Need 12 wooden shinny goals -How many do we have now? 

• Chinook fest bonfire event -Mark

-Downtown Friday Nights

• Do we want to have a booth again this summer?

-Youth Hockey Program

• 2024 Winter Clinic Registrations -Are now open on website

• MOU or contract between Bergan’s and NHAHA 

• -Liability Insurance coverage for rink at Bergan’s, Madison Rink, and Pond Hockey Tournament -Purchased

-Coaches certification: Ted, Brandy, Dennis, and Blake are our Spearfish coaches that have completed.

-Megan Bergan, Chris Malo, and Ryan Crotty -completed background check and Safesports.

NiceRink is up at Bergan’s -Additional items needed

• Form rink maintenance committee 

• Rubber belt from Spearfish Forest Products -Blake

• Lighting -need one additional light

• 3 additional 4’ kickplates & bumper caps after expanding rink 8’ -Gregg may pick up in WI
